friendly staff clean room breakfast variety well-cooked food
The reception staff were very friendly. My room was clean. I found a good variety of items available for breakfast. The hot food at breakfast was cooked very well.
The coffee machine broke down, so there was some delay getting my morning coffee.

filthy bed sheet unpleasant conversation
The location is excellent. It's near the El Born area , which has amazing restaurants.
The room smelled weird , and I really doubted this could be a 3-star hotel. I found the bed sheet filthy with sand , hair and a stain. They thought I didn't understand the conversation.

i liked the great breakfast. the hotel enjoys a fabulous location.. i have returned here. the staff remembered me from previous visits. the stuff was friendly and they always had a smile.

i find the staff very helpful, they were always ready to help with directions. the room was modern, and it was clean too. i also liked the hotel location, everything is a short walk away so that's nice.
the hotel didn't have sound proof. i heard people talking in the lobby, also draining sound from the room above. i could hear click sounds from my neighbor room. its hard to rest.

condescending behavior tea-making absence
The room lacked tea-making facilities. That was disappointing. I also found the reception staff acted quite dismissive. Their quick, condescending answers annoyed me. I paid a lot for a week and expected better treatment. I was not happy

superb location friendly staff daily turndown
the location was superb, and i easily reached lovely restaurants. i found friendly staff always ready to help. the turndown service each day was also appreciated, it added a little care.
the room felt a bit small, but it was still cozy.
